Erica, an award-winning expert with a background in Languages and Information Science, has pioneered Turnitin at UNISA, one of Turnitin’s largest clients globally. Erica champions Turnitin as a formative tool to enhance student writing and uphold academic integrity. She advises on legal and ethical matters and is internationally recognised for her innovative approaches to originality checking.
Ntsako, a lifelong learner dedicated to uplifting people, excels in providing tailored digital marketing strategies for township enterprises. She supports emerging careers through masterclasses, CV writing sessions, and business writing. As a member of the Conscious LeadHers initiative, Ntsako is recognised as a high-potential woman in corporate aiming to make a significant impact in the world. She is deeply passionate about education and women’s empowerment.
Michelle is passionate about education and has dedicated her life to working in academia, believing in its power to change the world. With eight years in academia and experience in senior roles at two education-focused NGOs, Michelle is now the Senior Manager of higher education leadership and Management at Universities South Africa (USAF). Her expertise spans higher education research, policy analysis, and project management. Michelle holds an MA in Development Sociology and a Higher Diploma for Educators of Adults from the University of the Witwatersrand.
